Organizational Structure

The affairs of CONFED is managed by a board of Directors, who are elected or nominated by the constituent shareholding members. The internal administration is headed by the Chief Executive of the organization who is not below the rank of Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, West Bengal.

Head Office consists of the following Divisions and Departments.

• Accounts, Audit & Finance Division:The division is headed by Deputy Manager and comprises finance, accounts and audit departments.
• Finance Department:The department is responsible for utilization of internal resources , borrowing of fund for business purposes etc.
• Accounts and Audit Department:The department is responsible for preparation of final accounts and audit thereof by the Directorate of Cooperative Audit.
• Administration Division:The division is headed by Head Assistant (Administration). The department is responsible for looking after personnel matters of the organization, diversification of business, utilization of existing infrastructure and computerization process of CONFED.
•  Paddy Procurement Division: The division is headed by Assistant Manager-I. The department is responsible for looking after the matters of Paddy Procurement Scheme of Food & Supplies Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
•  Trading Division: The division is headed by Deputy Manager and comprises Stationery, ICDS, Disaster Management, Confiscated Goods and Textile Department. The department is responsible for looking after the business related matters of the above mentioned departments.
